I used 3 inch squared duo colored sheets and cherry blossom designed sheets (by Tuttle Publishing). Easy to fold and assemble.

8 units required. I used Harmony paper from the Senbazuru kit. It adds beauty to the design.
I used glue to assemble. It's very simple but very beautiful. The back view design is as pretty as the front view.

This is a single sheet origami. I used printer papers which are fairly thin in thickness.
I loved this rose, actually till now there is not a single model that I have disliked folding. I have loved all the origami models I have folded so far.
This rose might be little tricky for beginners. I loved it so much that I went on and folded 6 of them.

This model has to be folded from a pentagon. I took a rectangular sheet of paper and then cut pentagon. How to do that? Refer to the below video.

Single sheet origami. I took 6 inch harmony paper. On a regular kami, the design doesn't stand out. I bought harmony paper, and folded this model. It was so difficult to find harmony papers here in India. I had to order it from USA.
For those of you who don't know, Harmony papers have gradation of colours like the corners are red and it gradually fades out in the center to white colour.
It's not complicated to fold. Pretty simple yet beautiful design.
