I took 1.75: 3 inch papers (1:2 ratio)

I used glue for assembly.

I used harmony papers.  1:1 ratio.  30 units.

For the base 1:2 paper.  I used 7.5 : 15 cm paper

7 units required.  No Glue used to assemble 

For the lid square sheets required.  I used 3 inch or 7.5 cm papers. 7 units. 

Assembly was a bit tough.  I finally used clips to hold the assembly.  After all the assembly removed the clips and applied slight glue to get a stable lid. 

It's a fantastic box.  Folding a box after a long time.
