Origami kusudama braided
Designed by Brian Beitel
30 units. I used recommended 7.5 cm square papers from Tuttle.
At first I thought the assembly will be challenging as the lock is not so strong. But I was wrong. As I started assembling, I realised how strong the lock is. I took 3hours to slowly fold 30 units but 20 min to assemble. I was glad I didn't have to use glue. Because I hate using glue.
I took to this small project after a long time. In nearly two months I hadn't folded anything. I wanted to get back. Finally yesterday I decided to dedicate sometime and sat for few hours to make this kusudama.
