This is one of the 'love at first sight' models for me... I wanted to fold this whatever it takes.. I thoroughly enjoyed the process... I ordered kimono patterned sheets from Tuttle @tuttleorigami just for this kusudama....

Folded by me. 1:2 ratio, I took 3 inch X 6 inch square sheets and used glue for assembly...

Origami animals I folded over the last few weeks. I was bored of modulars and wanted a change. So came out of my comfort zone and tried these stuff. In modulars one has to fold several units and then assemble, while these are single sheet, we can start right away. So I was kind of lazy also to fold units for modulars. I'm glad how these animals turned out.
